IT maintenance service with SLA
eCorpOne provides IT maintenance service for Windows/Linux based servers, networking systems, and telephone systems. The goal with this service is to make existing systems run and usable in healthy situation as it has been now.
The priority of an Incident is determined by the impact on the business process.
The business process has come to a full stop and cannot be restarted.
The business process has been or will be severely delayed. The consumer products cannot be delivered as scheduled.
The business process is compromised and/or delayed. However, the delivery of products is still on schedule. A temporary workaround is available.
All other disruptions that have limited impact on the business process.
All Incidents shall be reported to eCorpOne during normal office hours (Monday – Friday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.). eCorpOne shall determine the priority of an Incident together with the user reporting the Incident.
For Incidents reported at eCorpOne's user service desk , the following priority and Resolution Times shall apply:
