How to receive services

Installation procedure takes the following sequence.

  1. Customer hearing of what kind of traffic is taking place currently.
  2. Contract and payment for initial fee.
  3. eCorpOne's technical team will configure the device and visit your site to install. Configuration and delivery of the hardware takes 4 weeks.
  4. 1 day on site standby.
  5. Remote maintenance.

 

What customer is required to prepare

Following describes what customer is required to have in order to receive our service.

  • Existing fiber or RF based Internet service with static IP address.
  • Corporate level firewall or router for your Internet service. It has be either one of the following brands.

  • Following consumer level brands not accepted as a router or firewall.
    • D-Link

  • If you have a firewall, firewall must be configured with the following:
    • If NAT is configured, port forwarding.
    • If no NAT is configured, IP address mapping to external IP address to the server.
  • Stable electricity supplied to the equipment.
    • Non-fault tolerant plan: 50W/h
    • Fault tolerant plan: 400W/h
  • Location to install the hardware.
  • Payment ready to pay.
  • Representative director of your company to join in a meeting.
